IT Coordinator | Web Designer

• Maintain the IT needs of the Continental Shelf Group of companies. Research and recommend the most suitable IT choices for projects. Provide technical support and training for systems and networks. Act as a link between end-users and higher-level support. Install and configure software and hardware (i.e., printers, desktop/laptop computers/Mobile Phones). Maintain software licenses and upgrade schedules for Microsoft, Adobe, ESRI, and more. Manage the cellular accounts with both AT&T and Verizon. Maintain an in-house video security system.
• Monitor daily system and network performance in a Microsoft Hyper V server environment running Windows Server, Exchange, MS SQL, and Avaya IP office. Provide desktop IT support for both PC and Mac OS environments to various locations, both in-house and worldwide. All IT support for offsite locations is handled remotely through online software such as GoToAssist.

• Assist with managing multiple collocated Linux web servers hosting approximately 50 websites.
• Manage online marketing efforts of the corporate blog, press releases, and social media outlets for CSA Ocean Sciences, Inc. 
• Manage and update the corporate intranet.
• Graphic design of logo creation, flyer and brochure layouts, and photo editing
• Create videos for marketing and reports for various projects as requested.
• Assist with day-to-day facilities operations as needed when the onsite Facilities Manager is unavailable

• Championed website redesign/content migration for HarborFederal.com. Prepared multiphase implementation proposals for the design, site launch, and marketing gain.  Collaborated with peers inside information technology on server architecture, programming abilities, and server security to create a user-friendly site without compromising security.

• Designed flyers, newspaper ads, postcards, posters, and corporate newsletters.

• Created websites to provide the company with a new online presence, including an online shopping cart and listings on eBay.
